TRICARE maintains network answers for a handful of large chains and nothing for the rest. For these, we checked on August 1, 2026 and found no official source either way — so the honest answer is "look up the specific store," not a number we made up.

Why this changes

The TRICARE pharmacy benefit is run under contract by Express Scripts, and chains negotiate in and out of that network. Kroger left on January 1, 2023 and rejoined on February 5, 2025, bringing more than 2,200 pharmacies back with it. That's why every answer here carries the date we checked it — and why a page that doesn't show you a date isn't worth much.
